Shipping & Returns

COVE HOUSE GOODS

Cove House Goods offers returns on shop items up to 14 days after receipt. Items must be postmarked by the 14th day to be eligible for a refund. Returns can be made by emailing contact@covehouse.co. Please include your name and order number. 

Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive your item, we will process your return and a refund will be issued to your original payment method. A restocking fee of 15% of the item's original purchase price will be forfeited by the buyer.  

Cove House Goods cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. All items must be in new, unused condition with any tags still attached and packaging intact. Returns that are damaged or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer. 

All custom orders and sale items are final sale. 

Discount codes cannot be used on sale items. Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes and they can only be used at time of checkout. Please note discount codes do not apply to shipping. 

Please note: Due to the handmade nature of some products, variations may occur. Each item is carefully selected and inspected to meet our standards. The condition of each of our products is already reflected in the price. 

 

VANITIES AND FURNITURE 

Cove House offers residential shipping.

Delivery includes delivery and curbside drop-off to the residence. The item(s) will be delivered on pallet(s) at the end of your driveway, and does not include unpackaging, pallet removal, or delivery into the home.

Please note: The delivery agents do not wait for inspection, but if you notice any visible or suspected damage, please be sure to make a note on the delivery paperwork for claim purposes. 

Delivery Time Frame 
Customers are responsible for accepting delivery within an allotted time frame after their order details have been confirmed.

Please note: the customer may be charged additional storage fees if they are not able to receive the item(s) within the given time frame.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Orders can be canceled with no fees up to 24 hours after the order is placed. Customer will get a full refund if canceled within 24 hours.
  • Standard items are eligible for return at any time prior to delivery with a 15% restocking fee.
  • Standard, stock, and pre-stock items can be returned or exchanged within seven days of delivery with a 15% restocking fee in addition to shipping cost back to our facility.
  • If the item(s) returned are damaged, additional repair fees will apply.
  • Custom items cannot be canceled or returned after purchase, no exceptions.
  • Changes can be made to an order up to 24 hours after purchase. Please note: changes to an order can affect price and lead time.
  • Changes cannot be guaranteed after 24 hours of purchase.
  • We recommend confirming with a Cove House team member if your item(s) are eligible for return (contact@covehouse.co)

PLEASE NOTE:

    • All purchases processed through the Cove House website are residential curbside delivery only.
    • Cove House delivers to the Continental United States and Hawaii.
    • Orders placed from Hawaii must request a quote from contact@covehouse.co and cannot be processed through our website.
    • Orders can be stored for up to 30 days after completion for an additional fee. Please email hello@covehouse.co once the order is placed to coordinate.

If the shipment is not accepted during this period, the order will incur an additional 10 percent of total cost of furniture from 31 to 60 days of storage.

  • Items must be inspected at the time of delivery. If anything is incorrect or a piece was damaged during shipping, this is the only time the buyer will be able to claim issues with the order. Please note any damage on the BOL or delivery document and reject the delivery if necessary. A signed delivery document confirms the order was delivered as ordered without damage. If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to our logistics team at contact@covehouse.co within 24 hours of receiving.
